Acupuncture

1

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medical practice that involves inserting very thin needles into specific points on the body. It is based on the belief that stimulating these points can balance the body's energy flow, known as "Qi" (pronounced "chee"), and promote healing. Acupuncture is commonly used to relieve pain, reduce stress, and treat various physical, mental, and emotional conditions.

Tui Na massage

Tui Na is a traditional Chinese therapeutic massage technique that involves a variety of manual methods such as kneading, pressing, rolling, and stretching. It aims to stimulate the body's energy flow (Qi) and blood circulation to promote healing, relieve pain, and restore balance. Tui Na is often used to treat musculoskeletal problems, stress, and internal disorders.

Cosmetic acupuncture

3

Cosmetic acupuncture, also known as facial acupuncture, is a natural anti-aging treatment that involves inserting fine needles into the skin of the face. It aims to stimulate collagen production, improve blood circulation, and promote skin elasticity, helping to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, and sagging. Unlike surgical procedures, cosmetic acupuncture enhances the skin’s health from within and encourages a more youthful, radiant appearance.

Sports acupuncture

Sports acupuncture, as developed by Valérie Truong through her SYNERGY Method, is a therapeutic approach that combines traditional Chinese medicine with modern sports therapy. It focuses on rebalancing the body's fascia and muscle chains using distal acupuncture points, aiming to alleviate musculoskeletal pain, enhance athletic performance, and expedite recovery. The method is structured into two primary sequences—Upper and Lower—tailored to address specific areas of the body, making it applicable both in clinical settings and directly on the field with high-level athletes.

Stop smoking

5

Acupuncture for smoking cessation is a therapeutic approach that uses the insertion of fine needles into specific points on the body, particularly the ears, to help reduce cravings, calm withdrawal symptoms, and ease anxiety linked to quitting smoking. By stimulating the body’s natural balance and relaxation response, acupuncture supports individuals in managing the physical and emotional challenges of breaking nicotine addiction.
